Lucia Lampard – Sports Therapist at Blue Maya Physio Canterbury Clinic
Lucia Lampard graduated from the University of Kent with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. She is a BASRaT (British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers) accredited therapist, actively pursuing a Level 4 Personal Training (PT) qualification. Lucia brings a wide range of skills to Blue Maya Physio Clinic, including sports and remedial massage, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, injury assessment, and exercise rehabilitation.
Lucia’s experience spans working with football teams, personal training gyms, and clinics, and includes providing care to individuals with disabilities such as Parkinson’s. She is passionate about functional wellness and believes that maintaining functional health and fitness is as important as building muscular strength. Lucia’s therapeutic approach aims to support clients in leading a pain-free life, integrating sports therapy as a key component in holistic care.
Her diverse work experience, including her roles at Better Body Group, Whitstable Town FC, and the Parkinson’s Centre at Kent MS Therapy Centre, has honed her skills in managing various conditions and promoting long-term wellness. Lucia is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals through tailored treatment plans and a compassionate approach.
