Stella Paul graduated from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy and has over two years of experience as a rehabilitation specialist. Stella has worked in diverse settings, managing conditions related to orthopaedics, musculoskeletal health, neurology, and geriatric care.
She has a strong passion for manual therapy and soft tissue manipulation techniques, and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve pain-free movement and improved functional health. Stella’s approach integrates evidence-based treatments with a compassionate, patient-centred focus, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care.
In her free time, Stella enjoys painting and travelling. Whether it’s spending time outdoors on long walks or setting up her canvas in the park, she embraces creative outlets that fuel her passion for both art and movement.
